I will start with the first phone call I made. Lady on the phone said first come first serve on vehicle alignments. That's wrong. Called back a few days later and set up an appointment. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early. Didn't look at my truck for 45 minutes and the stall they pulled it in wasn't even the alignment stall. Second mistake. An hour later after sitting outside I was told alignment couldn't be done (bad wheel bearings). First off tell me you don't want to do it and I'll take my business somewhere else. DONT lie to me! Did you know if you go to get a alignment they do an inspection and if you don't pass the inspection they charge you $20 but if you do pass they only charge you for the alignment. Dishonest and not trust worthy. Tell me fees up front don't tell me after the fact.
