I had a good experience. The staff is very kind and helpfull, they took care of my problems and didn't over charge me.

I stopped by and requested to have my travel trailer tire valve stems replaced and to have my wheels inspected. The work was completed later than I was told, but understandably it was due to having a lot of service requests and a lack of staff at the time. My valve stems were replaced and the mechanic located a problem with all the wheels which caused grease to leak out. The wheels were greased and put back together. I had good conversations while I was there and I’m extremely thankful that they discovered this problem before it became a very dangerous situation.

I recently took my vehicle to Hometown Tire & Auto, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Brandon and the entire team went above and beyond to address several issues with my car, and they worked diligently until everything was resolved. I was having serious problems with the a/c system on my Super Duty 250. I had already spend several thousand dollars at other repair shops. Brought it to Hometown and they fixed me up within 2.5 days. Great service, great communication on progress. I am hoping the issue has finally been resolved. So far, very satisfied with Hometown Auto..!!! Very nice people.
